• Providing accurate and comprehensive project information in writing.
• Provide prompt responses to inquiries for more information, opinion/feedback, or authorization.
• Guarantee that all submitted content is your own (i.e. original) and does not violate any third-party rights, including rights to intellectual property.

The content that americanlibertypublishing has produced or modified for the client is not subject to any rights claims.
The client acknowledges that the client is responsible for the final material and that the client is solely responsible for any legal difficulties resulting from the content (such as plagiarism, defamation, and copyright infringement).
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in writing, payment in full is required at the time of placing an order to ensure the provision of all the services. Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other authorized methods of payment can be used to avail of such services. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, full payment is required prior to the start of services.
Monthly or other agreed-upon payments are due for ongoing services, like marketing campaigns. Services may result in suspension or termination if payments are not made timely.
6. Refund Policy
To meet clients’ expectations, americanlibertypublishing works hard to deliver international-standard high-quality services. However, the following is our refund policy if clients are unsatisfied with our services:
• Ghostwriting: If the client quits the project before a considerable amount of work has been completed, refunds may be given for ghostwriting services. Refunds will not be granted once the manuscript is at least 50% finished.
• Editing: americanlibertypublishing will provide a revision in response to feedback provided if the client’s expectations are not met with the editing services. After revisions, if the client remains unsatisfied, americanlibertypublishing might grant a refund after deducting the bank charges and any other charges incurred except for the editing that is to be refunded in full.
• Publishing: Only prior to submission to any publishing platform are refunds for publishing services possible. After the publication process has started, refunds are not offered.
• Marketing: After work has been initiated, marketing services are typically non-refundable. A portion of the refund might be granted if a campaign is canceled before significant work is completed.
Within 30 days after payment, refund claims can be sent in writing to info@americanlibertypublishing.com. Every refund request will be examined individually (case-by-case basis).
7. Delivery and Revisions
Every project is initiated with a set of delivery dates for all services. While americanlibertypublishing makes significant efforts to fulfill deadlines, unanticipated events sometimes cause delays. If there is a delay, americanlibertypublishing will let clients know right away and try to fix it as soon as possible.
Revisions are included for all services to guarantee client satisfaction. The terms of the client’s agreement will specify the amount of revisions that are permitted. Any additional changes made outside of the defined parameters could incur additional fees.
8. Termination of Services
By providing a written notice, any party may end the services agreement at any time. Any unpaid fees for work that has already been done must be covered by the client at the time of termination. americanlibertypublishing may provide refunds in accordance with the refund policy (refer to Section 6).
If a client violates any of these terms and conditions such as by not making payments on time, giving false information, or engaging in unlawful activity, we retain the right to immediately cancel services.
9. Confidentiality
americanlibertypublishing values clients’ confidentiality and privacy. Unless it’s necessarily required to deliver services, americanlibertypublishing will consider any data or materials that clients offer to us while we’re working as confidential and will never share it with third parties (e.g., submitting manuscripts to publishing platforms).
Confidentiality will be upheld by both parties during and after the completion of the project.
10. Limitation of Liability
